Palette Dining is located in the historic Niagara building of Katoomba, Blue Mountains.
The restaurant offers two dining spaces, including a la carte dining downstairs. The Upstairs Studio offers small plates, shared food & cocktails in our casual lounge bar area, and also features a large group dining area for your special occasion.
The Palette Dining menu is contemporary in style, internationally inspired but above all expresses a strong emphasis on seasonality and locality. We are philosophically and practically aligned to the slow food movement. Most of our core ingredients are sourced from a superb network of growers drawing from the abundance of the greater blue mountains region and the best producers throughout Australia.
We support recycling & sustainability, and are actively engaged in various garden sites where we grow our kitchen herbs and heirloom vegetables. Including our newly developed rooftop garden complete with Bee Hive. :-)
