19 Blue is a modern self-contained Holiday Cottage in the lovely, beachside suburb of Blackmans Bay just 15 minutes from Hobart City. It is conveniently located for all major tourism destinations in Tasmania's south; Port Arthur, Bruny Island, the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, Central Highlands and the Huon Valley are all within driving distance.
The cottage is located at the top of the owner's garden and is surrounded by beautiful cottage flowers, fruit trees and a vegetable patch. Guests are welcome to gather vegies and fruits in season. There are water views from the front verandah and a little sunny deck at the rear makes a lovely breakfast nook.
19 Blue is lovingly furnished with country style furniture and is generously supplied with everything from scissors to shampoo - a real home from home! Breakfast ingredients are supplied for guest's first breakfast plus a loaf of Judith's homemade bread to welcome you! There is also plenty of milk, muesli, tea and coffee.
Owners, Judith and Chris Cornish are actors who run the popular Live History dramatic tours in Hobart. They have been working in the tourism industry for many years and are happy to give advice - they supply an informative folder which gives details of local attractions and walks plus makes suggestions for day trips.
19 Blue has many glowing reviews on the several web sites on which it is offered and many guests return for a second or even third stay.
19 Blue is waiting for you!
