This Five Star Visit England, David Bellamy Gold & AA 5 Pennant Park nestles on the slopes of an ancient woodland with exclusive Lake Windermere frontage for almost one mile along the shore of Lake Windermere in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lake District National Park. This idyllic holiday location is perfectly located for access to the main areas of the Lake District National Park, with extensive facilities on site including five private jetties for boat launching, licensed shop and wildlife walks.

The Park welcome touring caravans, motor homes and holiday home owners with their well-behaved dogs. There are also four deluxe lakeside glamping Pods and five self-catering apartments and lodges to hire.

We have five self-catering properties available for short or long breaks, each property commands spectacular views over Windermere. Self-catering customers have access to all Park facilities including use of jetties and Wi-Fi. Please see individual properties for full details. Dogs are permitted in Cragholme. Short breaks available in Otterholme and Cragholme ( Friday or Monday start). Seven-night breaks available in Blakeholme Bay View, Ladyholme and Silverholme (Saturday start). The self-catering units are bookable from 1st March until 6th January.

Located on the lakeshore in an idyllic setting, we have four luxury Pods on site (one dog-friendly) that sleep up to four persons. Each Pod comes fully equipped with a kitchen ( including two ring cooker, microwave and fridge ), underfloor heating, TV, free Wi-Fi ( fair usage policy), shower, toilet, leather sofa bed, table and chairs. To the exterior, direct lakeshore access (fishing by licence please enquire at reception ), porch with raised balcony area and patio furniture. Parking for one car. Towels and bed linen are included, guests are welcome to use park laundry facilities. Welcome pack on arrival.
