Our selection of 4, 6, and 8 berth self catering Villas are located right beside Saunton Sands Beach and at the foot of Braunton Burrows UNESCO Biosphere reserve. Guests at Saunton Beach Villas enjoy exclusive easy access to both the beach and the dunes. Each Villa has its own enclosed garden.

Dogs are allowed at the Villas 365 days of the year and we do not impose a limit. There is a one off charge of £35 (not per dog), however we also run several 'Dogs Go FREE' periods throughout the year. All Villas have an enclose garden with an outdoor shower for washing sandy paws, we also provide a dog crate bed. Although we do not impose a limit, we would kindly ask that you give us a call before booking if you are planning on bringing more than 4 dogs so that we can book you a Villa most suited to your requirements. Saunton Beach is also one of the only beaches in the area to allow dogs on all year round.

Short breaks run from Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri, week breaks run from Fr- Fri. Please note that short breaks are not available from the middle of July to September.

Saunton Beach plays host to several excellent surf and coasteering schools right here on Saunton Beach. As one of the longest stretches of beach in the UK (3 miles!) there is plenty of room for learners, surfers and bathers to enjoy the clean waters. Schools include: Walking on Waves, H2Outdoors, Surf South West.

The perfect destination for golfing breaks - Our picturesque plot of 26 Beach Villas are located in a prime position just 5 minutes’ drive or 15 minutes’ walk from Devon’s number one golf course - Saunton. This award winning golf course is situated on Braunton Burrows - the largest sand dune system in England and the core of The North Devon UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
