We are a family run, luxury B&B set on the outskirts of the historic town of Colchester, with it's magnificent Castle and Roman Ruins.
Set in a very quiet cul-de-sac, your sleep will never be disturbed.
All our bedrooms are individually furnished with top of the range toiletries and linens, we also provide homemade biscuits and sherry in all the rooms along with fresh fruit.
Our breakfast produce is locally sourced where possible and the marmalade , bread and waffles are all home made. We can cater for most allergies, you just need to inform us on booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
In the surrounding area we have the beautiful Constable country of Dedham and Flatford mill, and some historic villages such as Lavenham.
Nearby we have Mersea Island, home to the famous Oysters.
Just up the coast is Aldeburh and Southwold.
