The Three Horseshoes is community pub and restaurant with a long history; it combines comfort and style with a relaxed atmosphere in a building that dates back, in part, to as early as 1520 AD.
Although recently totally refurbished we have retained the original character of the building while incorporating modern comforts such as central heating. All of the work carried out was done sympathetically to the original construction; we think you’ll like what we’ve done.
You can expect Modern British freshly prepared food with the ingredients sourced locally, accompanied by a great selection of real ales, spirits and wines when you dine here.
The pub has a lounge with comfy seating, an open fire, a dining room and bar areas where meals can be eaten in comfort plus a large garden area and children’s play area.
We have a great selection of real ales from gravity-fed casks, a good selection of spirits, including a considerable choice of gins and of course a wonderful selection of wines from our Wine Shop.
The food at the Horseshoes is British Modern. We aim to produce appetising, beautiful dishes that are packed full of flavour. The menus change on a seasonal basis and this along with the specials means you are never short of choice. The menus also cater for vegetarians and vegans and many meals are already gluten-free plus others can be also if a little notice is given. We have a full list of allergens, so for anyone with allergies or intolerances we can help to guide you and put your mind at rest when you are picking something from out menu.
We have a substantial beer garden and child’s play area (The Shire) for making the most of those sunny days.
