The name Four To Eight stems from our food philosophy that great Italian cooking relies on simplicity of flavours, quality of produce and great provenance. Each of our plates comprise of between four to eight primary ingredients, no more is needed! With this emphasis, we have gathered an exciting, contemporary menu, which includes fish & seafood, rare breed grilled meats, vegetarian dishes, exciting pastas and a great selection of regional salumi and formaggi, all of which change regularly. Strictly sourcing the best seasonal ingredients that Britain and Italy can offer, our chef team has created a menu that reflects the diversity of modern Italian cookery.
