Balgedie Lodge is a charming 3 bedroom cottage that comfortably sleeps five. There’s one double bedroom with a king size bed, a twin and a single room however the twin has a zip and link bed so can be converted into a king if needed and vis-a-versa. An additional child’s bed or cot can be provided too.
There’s a very well equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, and a high chair for any smaller guests. The cosy sitting room has an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, a TV and DVD and there’s a piano if anyone’s feeling musical! There are also loads of board games and books – plenty to keep everyone entertained.
The sunroom is bright and cheerful, ideal for relaxing in and enjoying the amazing views over Loch Leven. And the beautiful garden, complete with bbq, garden furniture and a covered patio, is fully enclosed making it safe and easy for those with small children or pets.
As the cottage is all on one level, it works well for elderly guests or very young children, who may struggle with stairs.
All prices include electricity, bed linen, towels, and logs and coal in the winter. A welcome pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet roll and washing up liquid is also provided.
Smoking is not permitted inside this property but is allowed in the garden.
