The Secret @ Peak Serenity is a secluded, off the beaten track , 1st floor self-catering apartment, nestling on Harthill Moor, nr. Chartsworth House , in the Peak District , Derbyshire.
It is Christian retreat for 2 , owned and managed by me and my family .
It is an 18C converted farm house, built from the local sandstone quarried just across the lane, and wood from Tomlinsons wood, al just across the fields.
The apartment is finished in a modern open plan style, with a kitchen with all the utensils required by the discerning chef , and a cosy, comfortable lounge with satelite tv, dvd, and radio.
The spacious adjoining bedroom boasts a king size bed with maple furniture and an en-suite batroom with soa bath and underfloor heating.
Come to the Secret and let all your worries flow away,...experience the peace of the surrounding landscape, ..but if you feel energetic, enjoy the myriad exciting walks ie. Lathkill Dale, and those visiting the world-famous Well-Dressings.
Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are just 5 miles away as is Bakewell, famous for it's Bakewell Tarts.
