Here at Matlock Farm Park, we are open all year round and hope to give you a wonderful visit in the fresh air and tranquility of the countryside. There is plenty to do for children, with lots of animals to see and feed such as Alpaca's, Deer, Sheep, Pigs, Llama's just to name a few, as well as smaller cuddly animals to pet in our barn. Learn more about our meerkats and wallabies through our daily talks and you can have a free bet on our ferret races! We have a variety of play equipment, go-karts, a lovely licensed café and a shop to browse. We have offers such as our Coffee Morning (Monday to Friday term time), Thursdays and Fridays during term time we have senior citizens lunch deals Special events are on throughout the year including treasure hunts, character days, puppets shows and much much more

The Riding School and Trekking Centre offers riding to all abilities. Treks can be from half an hour up to 2 hours through the beautiful woodland and scenery surrounding us, lessons are carried out in our riding arena, we also cater for pre-school riding during term time and short pony rides are on weekends and during school holidays.

We cater for schools and groups educational visits including a farm tour or a sensory tour, we can add other activities to tailor make your day including woodland adventures, mini beast mayhem, roots & shoots etc. We also have Nativities at Christmas

We do great birthday parties too either a Farm party or a Pony Party. We hope to see you soon!
