The Yew Tree Holiday Cottage was built in 1552 and added to in 1660, in 1820 and again in 1986. Built on the side of a hill, it has fantastic views across National Trust common land and valleys to Stroud.
Within an area of outstanding natura beauty, the Cotswold stone property was once a mill owners meeting place, then in Victorian times became a public house.
The present owner, Graham, bought it from the brewery in 1978 and have enhanced it, bringing it up to modern day standards. Centrally placed for trips to Bath, Wales, Oxford, Stratford on Avon etc. The Yew Tree Holiday Cottage is ideal for visitors to the Cotswolds.
