Good Housekeeping has been teaching the nation how to cook since the magazine launched in 1922. The Institute opened in 1924, shortly followed by the publication of the first illustrated Good Housekeeping cookery books, cementing Good Housekeeping as a trusted household name. Drawing on nearly a century of cooking expertise, we have now opened the Good Housekeeping Institute Cookery School, based in our state-of-the-art kitchens at the Heart of the Good Housekeeping Institute in Central London. The school runs courses for all abilities and age ranges. Whether you’re an experienced cook, looking for inspiration or a beginner, keen to expand your skills there is a broad selection of courses covering a wide range of skills and cuisines.
