Welcome to the Five Bells Public House an award-winning pub and restaurant that stands proudly looking over the stunning view of the Colne Valley in the pretty village of Colne Engaine on the Essex & Suffolk border.
The village is only 3 miles from Halstead, 6 miles from Sudbury and 10 miles from Colchester making it very accessible for dining out with friends, family & colleagues.

Our menu is a wonderful mix of English modern food with traditional values, and makes use of only the freshest ingredients and local produce and is available from Monday to Saturday.

We have a separate menu for Sundays which has a selection from our main menu plus Sunday roasts.
