If your looking for a wonderful life experience. On our small group 5 Day tours we base the package in the quaint rainforest town of Monteverde in the volcanic mountains of Costa Rica. This location is unique in the world, having an astounding variety of life seen no where else. Our walks in the Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve include the simple and enjoyable Japanese practice called Shinrin-Yoku. This interprets to “Forest Bathing”, and quite literally means to immerse yourself in the pristine forest environment. This meditative technique is something you can take home to use in any natural environment.
Studies have shown an amazing effect of practicing this for mental and physical health! In particular, this rainforest environment is ideal for escaping modern life and its many stresses. Being connected to nature and its many benefits has been lost to many people.
The tour includes pickup at the Liberia International Airport in northern Costa Rica in our luxury SUV for transport during the tour. Also included is 4 nights lodging at the Monteverde Cloud Forest Lodge, Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve entrance fees, a day at the La Selvatura Nature Adventure Center to view exhibits and take a Zip Line Tour.
