Surf lessons take 2 hours, since you get to the beach, splited in:

How to get to us from Lisbon, just get the subway to Cais do Sodré train station, then a train to Carcavelos (400 mt walk to the beach) or Cascais (according to swell forecast) where we will pick you up for FREE (Cascais).
